Book Your Cat's Stay Online

Booking your cat's stay at Bryn Difyr Boarding Cattery is now quick and easy — no phone call needed, though we're always happy to hear from you too.

With our new online booking system you can:

  • Check real-time availability, any time of day or night

  • Book your cat's stay in just a few minutes, from your phone or computer

  • Upload your cat's vaccination certificate once, so it's on file for every future stay

  • Keep all your cat's details — diet, medication, past stays — safely stored for next time

How to book online

  1. Click the "Check Availability" button or scan the QR code on the homepage below to open our booking page.

  2. Create an account (first-time customers) or log in (returning customers) with your email address.

  3. Choose your dates, times and check availability.

  4. Add your cat's details — name, breed, diet and any medical notes — plus a photo of their vaccination card if you haven't uploaded one before. This must be up to date; it's a condition of our boarding licence.

  5. Confirm your booking.

    • First-time customers: a 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is paid when you collect your cat.

    • Returning customers: no payment is needed — full payment is simply taken when you collect your cat.

  6. You're booked! You'll receive an email confirmation, and a reminder nearer the time.
